Six kinds of work, one process. We TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon and chromoly pipe and tube, build custom parts from drawings, and repair cracked or failed welds, in our shop or on your site anywhere in Texas.

We TIG weld 304 and 316L stainless from thin sheet to heavy plate, with argon back purge on the root side and heat input kept low enough that the metal stays corrosion resistant. Food plants, pharma skids, railings and custom equipment all get the same care.

We TIG weld aluminum on AC, from thin 5052 sheet to 6061 plate and old cast housings. The filler is picked for what the part does after it leaves here: hold pressure, carry a load, get anodized or sit in salt water.

We TIG weld carbon, stainless and chrome-moly pipe and thin-wall sanitary tube. The root pass is where pipe welds pass or fail, so that is where most of our attention goes: bevel, land, gap, purge and a full-penetration root you could look at with a borescope.

Some parts are bolted down, plumbed in or too big to haul. We bring the TIG machine, argon, purge gear and tools to the job, weld it in place and clean up before we leave. Travel anywhere in Texas is quoted by distance.

Bring us a drawing, a CAD file or a sketch on the back of a work order. We cut, form, fit and TIG weld one-off parts and short production runs in carbon steel, stainless and aluminum, and we check them against your dimensions before they leave.

We repair cracked aluminum and stainless parts, cast aluminum housings, cast iron where welding or brazing suits it, and welds that failed in service. Every repair starts with the same question: why did it crack? Fix that, and the repair lasts.

Plenty of jobs cross over. A cracked stainless tank in a plant is a repair, a stainless job and a mobile job at once. Pick the closest and we'll sort out the rest on the phone.
